Our classroom will start using this online journal to keep parents, friends, and other classrooms informed of what is going on in our school. The students will create the entries found on this blog. We will post an entry each week. These entries will be about units of study, field trips, and school wide events. Please feel free to comment on any of the students' entries. I graduated from USC Upstate with a degree in Elementary Education. I recently earned my Masters Degree in Reading Education through ASU last year. This is my 7th year teaching, but only my 6th year at Sawmills. I have been married to Josh Woodruff, also a teacher, for just over two years. We just had our first child, Ashton, in March. He is growing like a weed. I love to read (when I have time) and spend time with my family.
